This video cuts off too soon. In the video I saw, a woman filming turns the camera to the generals sitting motionless with their backs to the horror going on behind them. She calls them robots and urges them to turn around and see wants going on. She yells shame.
It’s almost more chilling than the man’s arm being broken. It’s hard to believe it could be worse, but it’s so creepy to see all their backs turned. And they’re completely frozen.
