Create a PRIVATE Wi-Fi Network using the shared condominium Wi-Fi

Good morning everyone, In my vacation home, we have a Wi-Fi connection shared among all the tenants of the 4 buildings. With the “TP-Link WiFi Range Extender RE330, AC1200 WiFi Amplifier” (the one in the picture), I can extend the network using the shared internet connection, BUT I cannot create a private Wi-Fi with a custom password (I can only use the password of the shared condominium network). I want to create a private Wi-Fi network (to prevent other tenants from seeing my smart devices) that takes internet from the condominium network. What product do you recommend using?
