Two-thirds of the state’s counties ban or heavily limit solar. Now, those blanket restrictions are going away, though counties can still bar individual projects.

Seriously, why would a county or country have a blanket solar ban if not only to help the ultra rich pool execs getting richer?
Also lets build solar farms over more pavement rather then more grass and farmland.
