Im here in Oakland, for the first time in several years. Unfortunately I’m only in town briefly for a funeral. Riding bart and being around kind of functional public transit kinda rules. Though the trans Bay tube is still as obnoxiously loud as I recall it being. For contrast my town runs buses hourly from 9 to 5, with none on Sundays. It’s truly night and day. Enjoyed watching a 3 or 4 year old stealing her grandpa’s hat
