The community college’s board of trustees voted in September to gift 2.63 acres of real estate to the state of Florida, which then transferred the land to the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation for future use.

Plaintiffs claim that the land transfer violated the Domestic Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which bars sitting presidents from receiving financial benefits from state governments.

An AI-generated video posted online shows a towering skyscraper with “Trump” emblazoned in gold near the top, a design bearing resemblance to many of the president’s other properties. The entrance to the library is embossed with a gold presidential seal, and the space includes a full-sized Air Force One, a replica of the Oval Office, a ballroom and a large golden statue of the president raising his fist.

Trump has also said the downtown Miami building will “most likely” have a hotel attached.

It seems so wierd to me for a college to gift land to the state its in. Especially a community college. Usually its the other way around. It is going to be hilarious though if donny boys pres library is basically on a community college while obamas is essentially right off university of chicago one of the most prestigious in the country. classic. Not only a community college but one in florida to boot.
