I’ve been trying to upload links on Modi’s ongoing tour as reported by the Russian media, but l found that the links are not getting attached. What could be the reason ??

It may be in the default block list. Good riddance I guess, you can still use RSS if you like their lies.
Edit: I looked at their front page. It would be as useful as allowing North Korean propaganda here.
