    Well yeah, your more physically active before bed than during your rest and the temperature drops during the night.

    It’s why it’s so cozy in the morning

    I’ve been thinking about getting a bed chiller.

    Something to cool my bed down right when I go to bed so I can sleep comfy in the summer. I live in an old house on the too floor and it gets hot.

    I know the tech crowd is firmly against smart homes but I solved this years ago with good automations. It’s also really energy efficient (though you can do that with a simple schedule on a traditional thermostat too).
