I’m glad the article touches on microslops history of ignoring or denying the hugs researchers have done everything they can to ‘responsibly disclose’.

It would be interesting to get what happened from this researchers side, there are lots of cases where a researcher finds something, reports it, tries to get it fixed only to get jerked around by M$.

Even still, let’s assume the researcher did just put it out there, that’s still pretty decent, considering there are groups who you can sell these things too, and it’s possible the exploit was already being used before the disclosure anyway.
