Update to the original post.

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far, we’re almost a third of the way there, but time has effectively run out and it becomes less and less of a possibility that the solicitor will even be willing to take the case with each passing day. We’re hoping for a miracle at this point.

Nothing much else has changed, my wife’s solicitor keeps demanding information from me while herself failing to communicate anything other than vague threats of having me arrested for prioritizing my son’s health and welfare above a deliberately tight court schedule. To my surprise, the people at the Irish Courts area actually very friendly and very helpful towards us because they know I’m not familiar with Irish law.

After living in America, then in Japan, living in a country where the people of law enforcement and government are kind and patient and understanding with us feels too good to be true.

There’s almost nothing else I can do at this point but wait and see what happens. Please keep sharing this post and the crowdfunding link with people you know, we extremely appreciate your support in this.
