I’m pretty sure there were a few months were it was over 2000.

Using your link quickly, I found 1600 in late 2024 and early 2025.

Still multiple days over 1200 is a local max for the year, I’d bet.

I was just thinking the same thing - I’ve seen a lot of 1400+ lately!

I took a look at the link, and they estimate that the “cost” is spiking the last couple months, but I can’t see that reflected in the number of losses of any specific type of equipment. Do you have any idea what’s causing them to estimate that the cost is spiking?

My guess is that the automotive automatically takes a few grunts, and they target quite a lot of automobiles to cut off logistics.

A change the view to “By Months”.

        Then look at:

Artillery - last two months are the highest for the entire conflict.

MLRS - Last month is the highest in 2 years.

Anti-aircraft - last month is the highest in 2 years.

UAV - the last 6 months holy fuck… Ukraine is knocking a shit ton out of the sky.

Cars/trucks - the last 6 months Ukraine is absolutely wrecking these. Since soldier casualties are not spiking the additional destruction is logically not from assault buggies etc but logistics. So last spring averaged 3500 vehicles destroyed, so the likely 5,000 of the 8,600 vehicles destroyed in May were logistics. That’s a lot of burning vehicles.
