    I wonder who they paid to lie about sexual assault this time? It worked so well to keep Julian Assange penned up.

      I wasn’t aware that people believe that fascist assange wasn’t guilty. That’s weird.

      edit: Are y’all really trying to say there was a conspiracy to assassinate the character of the dude who went far our of his way to get trump elected and also literally caused many afghani deaths with his “fuck it release it all I don’t care about consequences” attitude? I’m not even sure where you’d get that idea from. Everything I know about him seems exactly in line with the accusations against him.

    Is ICC now trying to appease the Orange? I’m sure Orange will be all friendly to Karim regardless whether he actually did something or not.

    Tough situation. For one, ICC needs to react. On the other hand, ICC should know that allegations could be faked. ICC is not a brand and does not need to make shareholders happy. And one of the core principles in law is usually (except in the US): In dubio pro reo. In doubt, decide for the accused. And unless someone is convicted, they have to be treated as innocent.

    So I have mixed feelings about this.
