Fear is not a good driver of this behavior. Reward yourself for thinking through a problem on your own, and discourage the use of AI by recognizing it’s inferiority to your mind. It’s great for searching quick things. It’s not good at thinking, it’s just fooling you like a charismatic salesman.
A young American lady would say it’s “an ick”, is that enough? How can I respect you and trust your guidance if you’re just a parrot for an algorithm? 🙃
