      Well, to be fair, recruitment officers in Ukraine commonly act as not good people. Something similar to ICE in the USA. So, it is hard to crearly determine whenever this video is genuine or staged.

        It’s genuine, they aren’t recruitment officers. As in there is recruitment programs and there is conscription, conscription offices have a lot of problems with both ethics and effectivness.

        They often conscript people without proper procedure and there are multiple localised incidents of using force when they don’t really have authority. Which in turn makes it a burden for armed forces to move people to their unit only to find out that conscripted aren’t fit for duty and they need to expend limited resources again to move these people back. There is a long going campaign of recruitment and modernisation of conscription offices.
