I’ve tried quite a few over the years, and I noticed I rarely stop because of missing features.
Usually it’s because the experience starts to feel repetitive.
The novelty wears off, checking boxes becomes a chore, and eventually I forget to open the app.
I’m curious what made you stop using yours.
Was it:
Streaks? Too many notifications? Too much setup? The UI? Something else entirely?
I’d love to hear what made you leave, because I think understanding why people quit is just as important as understanding why they start.
Too many notifications
More like not enough. I forget about tracking if I’m not reminded constantly and every app seems to try not to be annoying so they all send a notification or two and that’s it.
Also, the more times I have to click/tap to get to the check box, the less likely I am to continue tracking.
