This is such a weirdly detached article. The author seems to think that Ukraine is ahead materially but that Russia will win because of vibes…
Yeah, like they’re preparing the public for the fact that Russia will win the war, and setting up the idea that Russia isn’t really a global pariah that they’ve been claiming it is, but then stick to their whole line about bazillion Russians having been killed in Ukraine and all the other nonsense. I guess they need to take baby steps after 4 years of feeding people the narrative that Russia is about to collapse.

It seems like rejection of any sort of historical analysis has become a key tenet of liberalism. I used to work with a guy who was a hardcore lib, and any time you’d start talking about anything historical he’d immediately dismiss it as irrelevant cause in his mind anything that happened in the past is just a curiosity with no bearing on the current events.
Did he have a bazillion accounts and alts at .world/.works?
