I think in civilised countries sex workers have to be independent and are totally allowed to refuse clients. It would be illegal to employ someone as a sex worker.
Some people can both look like that, and be fine, lovely people worthy of respect and love…
And honestly, a client being fat is far less problematic than a client being a violent arsehole.
Not as if a sex worker’s having sex with people because they look good, they’re there for the money.
This is so much worse when you’ve read the books and know about this characters… preferences.
