You know how high school bullies sometimes try to take on a new kid but that kid fights back, and the bully then turns around and slaps their usual scapegoat who didn’t do anything, saying “Shut up you!” out of frustration?
My guess is Cuba is getting slapped because the Turd Reich is frustrated with Iran.
