The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine has filed a lawsuit against the US government, calling to withdraw the 2025–2030 Dietary Guidelines for Americans released in January this year. The committee argues that the government’s “secret panel” had industry links, therefore, making the guidelines biased.
