Who operates the new jet?

If it is operated by the US Air Force, then yes, it should be called Air Force One, but if it is operated by a different government agency outside of the military, then it should be called Executive One.

It would be fun to deny Trump’s new jet the classic callsign. Though, even if that means that he would get to use the way less common call sign Executive One
