Youtube videos posted in Stop Tech -- can we get a different policy?

Youtube has become a total fucking shitshow. A couple years ago Google ratcheted up its hostility and protectionism against both Invidious and the Tor community. It killed off all the public invideous instances. Some still operate in a crippled state. For example:

When someone posts a link to a Youtube video, we know that person was able to access the video. So that person should use their privilege to share the video. They should download it, then upload it to peertube, and share the peertube link. Otherwise it’s a bit antithetical to the Stop Tech purpose to have links into exclusive walled-gardens.
