He sits with grace upon his throne,

One paw placed just so, befitting—

One eye of gold, one icy blue,
A royal gaze that passes through.
So prim, so proper, everything—

Except that little crust ain’t sugar—

Out of curiosity, is he deaf in the ear that’s on the side with the blue eye? White cats with blue eyes are often deaf, and when they only have one blue eye, are often deaf on that same side
Not deaf in either, but if he doesn’t want to do something, he acts like he is.
