Hi all,
There are a number of apps on the Android App Store that enable you to lower the minimum backlight brightness (or claim to), but I’m looking for de-Googled FOSS options.
Any suggestions? Thanks

It’s built into Android since 12. Here’s part of the source In the UI it’s called Extra Dim.
Not on Kindle Fires unfortunately.
Extra dim does shit all, and doesn’t lock the brightness slider to 0%.
Been wanting the same thing since Lux basically stopped working completely for me.
