That thing is C$300k?!?!
It’s on 10acres so you’re mostly paying for the land. Structure is maybe 50k and a teardown for many I suspect.

If you zoom in you can see that the siding doesn’t look so uneven because it’s peeling, but because that’s the natural edge of the log from when the planks were cut from what I assume were random trees logged around the property, on what I assume is a small sawmill kept in the work-yard by a shed.
