    I attended every “Free Palestine” Demo in my City here in Germany and I didn’t got charged once.

    They didn’t got charged because they attended the protest but because they used phrases forbidden by law. I fail to see how this is the downfall of German free speech.

      Maybe depends on the city and if you are the leader of the Demo?

        The City shouldn’t matter since the government has to deny it and they can only deny it if it immediate threat to public safety.
