For me my Switch Pro Controller and Xbox. Guess it’s mode about the layout for me. I really don’t like the Playstation layout especially for the sticks. That one causes my hand to just hurt.
The Xbox One/series controller because:

it feels so comfortable to hold it fills my hand perfectly partially thanks to its size unlike the PS controller this one doesn’t feel so small and thin in my hand

It feels like a one piece rather than multiple pieces glued together

the perfect position of the left joystick, this is the correct position

Wii mote + mario kart wheel for sure
Saturn controller hands down. The d-pad is the best ever and the overall layout is great for fighting games / anything 2d.
In more recent memories though, the Dualsense (Edge) would be my favourite.
