Of course it does. It’s a commodity and not a currency.

Both candidates earned around the same number of votes, and both were pitiful. So to that extent, I agree? But the malfeasance wouldn’t have been so rampant and on display with any candidate other than Trump.
Presuming you’re actually an American citizen, we’ve both lost because of this setup. While the current government may be making some strides on things conservative constituents actually care about, I don’t think most of what’s happening right now is helping anyone but those in power. Being glib may make you feel better that you’re on the “winning team”, but it’s the people who voted for him who are statistically more likely to suffer the impacts of this disastrous administration.
Nebraska will be bankrupt, and soon so too will all of the rural and agricultural states in the country’s interior. I’m sorry that they’ve all been conned into believing that this group of despots will help them.
Which is kind of the problem, right? Of ~244.5M eligible voters, only ~59% or 156.3M actually cast a ballot. And of that, only ~77.3M voted for Trump. The man won the presidency with less than 32% of eligible voters. FPTP elections and the electoral college are leading us to worse and worse candidates.
Your real world must be pretty small.
Shitbirds only get stressed when they’re worried they’re going to be held accountable. Everything else is an act. Stress is a killer, and the amount they feel is minuscule compared to anyone who gives a fuck.
Striking a US military base doesn’t seem a good way to “deter the US from striking Iran” in much the same way that cuddling a rabid raccoon doesn’t seem like a good way to deter it from giving you rabies.
The drive case itself didn’t, though. The server, air around the components within its case, the air around the server within the rack, the rack, and the other ferrous materials in the room are what provide enough interference to prevent bit flipping on the disk for the most part. This is assuming a reasonable source of magnetic radiation and not a massive bench power supply on a crash cart powering a rolling EMP. (Of course, I’m being hyperbolic, and it would really just be a more powerful electromagnet and not an EMP)
An electromagnet or even in some cases, a powerful enough rare earth magnet exposed to the drives themselves, or left in proximity to a single computer for an extended period of time can cause destructive data loss to a spinning platter hard disk.
A hard drive can be corrupted by minimal exposure to a basic electromagnet like a CRT degaussing coil, even without exposing the platters.
It would do nothing, however, in a server environment filled with racks, raised floors, and lots of barriers between a person and the drives. You’d still need to pass the coil over the drives themselves, while nearly making contact for several seconds to a minute to cause any significant data loss.
But what if I’m interested in your opinion, MAGA idiot? Please dance for me. I want to see your gymnastics routine.
The letters look pretty, but he never learned how to read. He’d be pretty upset if he could, though, so probably for the best.
State’s Rights.
Commented on another thread - Rising costs, inflation, stagnant wages, a pandemic, and the specter of Long COVID. Not to mention that the country is so relentlessly polarized that nearly everyone I know is reluctant to let anyone new into their circle for fear of learning that new person has been duped into supporting literal fascist Nazis. We’re exhausted and we don’t want to argue all the time.
With Cheeto Benito and the Brown Shirts in office, there’s a palpable tension in nearly every interaction right now. It’s only going to get worse, until eventually we will either have to start socializing in the form of local community organizing or we’ll rapidly find that we no longer have a hope of a future for ourselves.
For a nation typically sitting firmly in dumb, fat, and happy territory, this is a level of existentialism that none of us are accustomed to. Unless of course you’re Black or maybe Latino, in which case you probably know what’s up.
Expert level sounding.

Get fucked, traitors.
But those inexpensive phones most often don’t deliver a comparable device experience to the flagship devices. Honestly, this is the crux of things. Comparing iPhone to “Android” is a fool’s errand. Apple often only has one more budget conscious model available explicitly. But OS support tends to last longer on Apple devices, so multiple model years are viable at once.
It’s like wearing nothing at all! ….nothing at all! ……nothing at all!
If Ukraine didn’t want to be invaded, it shouldn’t have dressed that way! Stupid sexy Ukraine.
Been saying this for decades.
