There is absolutely a burden on the content consumer to get their content. This is not absolving the poster from sourcing their material. I am not and have not discussed that. But you are absolute correct. It is difficult to unspread misinformation. That’s why I’m calling out the comment that IS spreading misinformation. Not OP, who posted a truthful picture and caption.

But you gotta find it rather ironic that the commenter decrying a post truth world is also the one spreading falsehoods about the pic? They’re being exactly what they’re crying about.
