Been a huge fan of these guys for the past 4 years or so. Their videos are always a lot of fun, and their songs are bangers. A fantastish mix of techno, metal and pop

I realise the 90s is park nostalgia for a lot of people… But it was still extremely shit for alot of people, particularly lgbtq. And most non coloured people in the US were still blissfully unaware of just how fucked the police and justice system were to minorities.

Given Colbert took the absurdity of conservatism in the US and cranked it up to 11… I’m not surprised it’s becoming reality now.

That’s why translation can be so hard, especially for poems, songs, comedy etc. Double meanings, metaphors, rhymes etc are often lost when translated.

I think the concept of stars literally hitting each other is rather moot. As you’ve said, the chances are incredibly tiny… However, a star doesn’t have to literally collide with the sun to cause unfathomable damage and destuction.

A star coming closer than the ort cloud will mess up gravitational interactions, orbits, and rain down rocks/ice from the ort cloud.
