I had my first day of trans group therapy session.

So far, so great.

I don’t know when I’ll start HRT but the deadline I set myself is the end of next year for when I start.

I feel better after last night, but didn’t sleep.

Well, good luck on getting through it all.

Just remember your sleep hygiene by the end of it.

You absolutely need sleep then, especially since you don’t want to get a “sleep deficit.” You need to make up your “sleep debt” in order to think straight again, which will likely take a couple of days in your case. Melatonin or especially Flonase PM will put you to sleep. Even if a lot is going on, it’s best to think straight through it all.

Third day of Trintellix (5 mg).

I’m also taking less Lexapro and will switch off completely; psychiatrist will most likely up the dosage of the Trintellix as well to 10 mg or even 20 mg.

Not sure how I should be feeling, but I do feel fine right now.
