I forgot to post after my return post but I’m here, I’ve got all good news, I started a polymer clay jewellery business - I haven’t had any sales yet but I’ll get there eventually. I’m also really enjoying/experiencing the benefits of ADHD medication, it’s wonderful having a clear brain for a good chunk of the day.

Hello Friends! I just realised I haven’t posted or logged in a much longer period of time than I thought. I hope you’re all well! For once I’m not here to vent or complain. Lol.

My ankles and feet have been swelling at night and naturally doctor google has let me know I have heart failure.

RIP fruit salad, you were gonna be delicious and RIP favourite baking bowl.

The problem isn’t that she told me I need to lose weight, I know I do, the problem is that PCOS makes weightloss complex and difficult and without other supplemental help is disheartening. The doctor I saw today recognised the complexities of losing weight with PCOS and was much more helpful and generally more reasonable in her approach. I now have a new medication to try that helps treat the insulin resistance caused by PCOS and this will in turn (with a change in diet and lifestyle) help me to lose weight at a reasonable healthier pace.

Trying a new doctor at the same clinic I usually attend as when I got diagnosed with PCOS my original new doctor straight up just told me to lose weight to treat it…yet somehow sitting here feeling guilty for changing doctors.

I am genuinely devastated about the allegations against Lizzo, I always believe the victims in stuff like this and I’m so sad that someone who was supposed to represent light, positivity and body positivity could be so horrible, she really meant a lot to me. I can only hope that somehow these allegations aren’t true but I’m so sad for the victims as well. I’ve been crying on and off since finding out.

Went to the doctor this morning, turns out the dizziness which increased immensely today is due to Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. Eg I get dizzy from looking up and down and I have crystals in my ear canal. So I’ve got to shake my head 10 times, 10 a day to fix it. Lol.

On another note, I’ve never seen this doctor before and they asked in Straight or gay?? I answered without thinking and it wasn’t until I left that I questioned the necessity of that question. Lol.

Manifesting my tax return to come through tonight as my ADHD assessment money is officially coming out and I’ll have no money until tomorrow night (pay night).
