To me its like taking the on fire bus we are all on and deciding to let the crazy guy swerve us all off the cliff rather than at least keep going so some people can jump off, or work out a better solution. Instead people are much more certainly going to die and be hurt

I feel like all that will happen is games will just release to 1.0 as “finished” when they clearly arent. It also may encourage rushing a game out thats a buggy mess.
Ive known some games to be very rough in early access that become absolutely gems a couple years later in development.

Its unfortunately a catch 22 though because continuing to tip kinda enables it to keep happening if everyone stopped tipping then places would likely have to pay a decent wage in order to get people to work as even if you’re extremely desperate for money its still not really worth it to work for tipped minimum wage with no tips also im not sure if it applies to all places but if your compensation + tips falls below the federal minimim wage the company must pay you the difference if I am not mistaken

Lets see, half my team randomly doesent recieve notifications/get notification audio at times. Sometimes youll get a notification that theres a new message in a channel but it doesent show up until you restart teams. Today specifically my mute button was desynced with the application mute and inverted. Sometimes audio devices wont work at all first time you join a meeting until you replug the audio devices (not an os wide issue) the status icon has a mind of its own and will say people are away or completely not available even when they are actively using the computer theres also no way AS ADMINISTRATOR to change how the icon behaves. Only Microsoft is allowed to dictate that. Not nearly enough controls as admin to define visibility in things like timeoff requests, shifts, etc. Instead of having a simple notes tab you have to use some form of OneNote shoved into the software which slows it down, overcomplicates it and sometimes wont even sync changes. Theres more thats just off the top of my head
I started using Cardo equipment but constantly had issues with the two I had and absolutely no support. I switched to using wired Plugphones which were mostly great but a little annoying to deal with putting the helmet on and off and if one slips out and now im using a Sena and im surprised at how much better it was out of the box compared to my old Cardo stuff. Good audio clarity and its more reliable with its connection. Not sure on longevity and ill say the battery life is a little short
Itd also prevent people from leaving the country and being trapped.
