Minor correction, Fiskars is from Finland (oldest Finnish company in fact). Otherwise great post.

Regression. World is scary. Milk brought safety during infancy and the limbic system remembers.
Finnish mnemonic: Haaveilu. Haarukka=fork, veitsi=knife, lusikka=spoon.
Haaveilu=daydreaming, reverie
Here’s some left for you:
“Under no pretext should arms and ammunition be surrendered; any attempt to disarm the workers must be frustrated, by force if necessary” Karl Marx
Like this. I’m running it through a variable frequency drive to limit the revs

Exactly. I like to keep things simple and boil things down to authority. I’m the only one allowed to define me, and I don’t have the right to define others. If everyone has absolute freedom to be what they are, then by design no one has the right to define, exploit, marginalize or otherwise or oppress them. if anyone was oppressed, not everyone would have absolute freedom. Then on top of that we put societal contracts. “Here’s a time period of my labor, would you trade it for that thing you have”. "I’d like to give some of my extra things so that more people can have good things [taxation] “Here’s consent, how about you?” “I go by [pronoun].”
Anarchism -> Maximum freedom for all Hierarchism-> Maximum freedom for the one on top.
Smarter people than me have talked about the nuances for ages so as I said, I like to simplify things. Fullyautomatedspacegayluxurycommunism ftw!
Local hackerspaces or makerspaces have open doors nights and try to be affordable overall. Sometimes even free. Libraries are great. Galleries and museums have free days. Protests and activist organisations are good way to be social and find meaningful life… Grassroots cultural spaces in general. Some cafes and bars have events that don’t require you to purchase anything. There are squats and other social spaces around the world
Don’t know if that helps, but I’ve known people before who didn’t know the place they were looking for already existed. Sometimes the places are hard to find, but they are there. There’s 8 billion of us and nobody wants to be alone.
