I have noticed a bit of an uptick on Switch, too, but not nearly enough when games are running upwards of $60 at retail. I’m not paying that much for a 100 hr JRPG with a combat system I don’t enjoy. Trails sold me on the combat system alone.

Seriously. I never would have bought Earthion, TWICE, if I hadn’t pirated it and fell in love with it. I firmly believe in financially supporting creators that make things I love. I DON’T believe in taking the risk of paying asking price for a game I may not enjoy in an era when demos are a rarity. As a point of comparison, Trails in the Sky FC has a demo, which I played, and convinced me to buy the full version. Pirating Switch content isn’t worth the time an effort to me, and without the demo, I never would have bought it.

Pretty much same. I came to recognize that my use of masculine pronouns had been just another extension of autistic masking, of creating a socially expected appearance. Internally, gender has never mattered to me. I’m also panromantic demisexual. I don’t have a preference for gender in romantic partners, I just don’t experience myself or others like neurotypicals do.

Had to guess, there’s some missing dependencies in Knulli that are present in MuOS.

Can definitely confirm that there are several very playable avenue on Retroid Pocket 5: Android, Windows Bedrock via Winlator, Linux via Portmaster, the Switch version via Yuzu, the 3DS version via Lime3DS. I have not tested the Vita version via Vita3K or the PS3 version on Rocknix yet.

Retroid Pocket 5 feels amazing running either the Android version or Bedrock via Winlator!

I dont have an answer, but I just wanted to respond because it’s pretty awesome seeing anyone else on Lemmy talking about Rocknix and ArkOS.

Have you got any idea why wifi wouldn’t toggle on ArkOS? I’ve had a great experience with it on the RG353V, but it was a bit finicky the first time I tried it. I reflashed the firmware on a different microSD and that weirdly resolved the issues I had, which resolved around sound and Bluetooth not working right.
