What are you using? I need to carve time out to get my unraid server to work with jellyfin and arr and seed with deluge. My current set up moves the files to the right folder once I have completed my download so I never get over 1.0 ratio.

Every time I went into the Bay in Dorval it would be depressing. To think that this store has not been changed since my father was a child. Management never spent money to renovate and the maintenance on their infrastructure has always been shit.
They’re like the Canadian Tire of clothing. The regular price seemed not to matter because there was always a 20-60% off code or promotion. The quality of clothing has also dropped hard. Besides Levi’s jeans, and I guess Docker… the rest of it is fast fashion, drop ship-esque companies.
Just imagine… Air Canada, Bombardier and O&G companies would be mainly a crown corp
How does that work with NORAD
Unsure if it has changed but in 2018 I was approving and declining transactions manually before 9:30AM that would go through accounts with insufficient funds. Any transaction I didn’t have time to go through before the 9:30 cut off would auto NSF
I keep seeing different versions of this and instead of posting spinoffs of it, why don’t we have one central repository that we keep promoting and improving. This would make it easier and easier for normal people to adopt new and privacy conscious solutions.
It’s the Trump administration – it doesn’t matter what it says.
I want to play AC so badly. Every time I pick it up my brain is hit with nostalgia from when I played it as a kid on my N64 and GC but now as an adult I enjoy it more watching my kids play it and talk to me about their villagers.
I guess it depends on what you mean by infrastructure.
Feds have their own IT group which usually means out sourced or heavily contracted to firms and consultants.
Feds manage, maintain some bridges and dams, Alaska highway, ports, seaways, and all their Crown real property. If it isn’t Crown owned it is leased. Unsure who the biggest landlord is I would assume Brookfield. Big real estate projects are contracted out, look at Parliament. Usually it’s BGIS, PCL, EllisDon or local contractors.
Now imagine if our federal government would do the same. Reduces our contractor expenses and gives our local economy a much needed push.
The school board here uses Google, and Microsoft… I emailed their board and the province’s privacy commissionaire asking why. I grew up with an agenda, and that shit worked better than using a website and email for JK/SK aged kids.
I agree but having two major countries using this might be a good move for more efforts from nations. I know Canada still uses all M$FT platforms and recently moved to EXO.
Purpose built projects like this would be easy for public servants to adopt and adapt their workflow.
GrapheneOS will not work on LG but you might be able to get Lineage on it.
I feel their price is justified especially if it’s made in Canada.
Uh… You still get to choose what you wear… As long as it is on this approved list of companies
I get it … though we have been a bit spoiled with mass produced, cheaply made clothing. $37 is up there and is about the same as top quality clothing from respectful companies like Patagonia…
It would be neat if the manufactures used by CBC were B Corps.
If anyone needs help setting up their own stuff I can help out as best I can.
If you are interested in this and need equipment check out Bauer systems. They sell off lease PC at a decent price and the PC will be able to run most if not all of these recommendations.
I’m using the following as my two repositories.
https://madeinca.ca/ https://buytheleaf.ca/
I find both sites clunky.
I thought Well.ca was owned by McKessons and after researching they actually sold off Rexall and Well.
FYI: It appears they still own Guardian, I.D.A., and Remedy’sRx, Uniprix.
Okay now I need this recipe!
