SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English1·5 hours agoYes, it’s hard to disagree, to be honest, I didn’t quite understand what you said. Are you talking about how you look at what AI created and just feel empty? If so, then I was slightly mistaken. I just gave a more or less suitable theory that I knew, since I don’t have any better theories… I can describe it like this: it’s like you’re looking at a beautiful corpse, it doesn’t stink, it’s kind of alive, beautiful, he talks but he is not alive, he is somehow empty… That is all I can tell you because I don’t know what is really going on in your head.

By the way, have you watched the movie Blade Runner 2049?
It’s like your brain feels this look that seems to be specifically cursing you so that you do something stupid or screw up.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldtoPolitical Memes@lemmy.world•United fighting for one causeEnglish2·3 days agoThe most important thing here is not to get caught that you are the same… And quietly or instinctively support your friends. :3
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English1·3 days agoI think the thing is that your brain understands that this is something artificial, just like people feel sick at the sight of blood or a corpse or just something dead or wrong even if it looks normal or beautiful, but as soon as you understand that it is inanimate or artificial, the brain turns on a defense mechanism, I suppose, so to speak, the brain is trying to distinguish the living from the dead, I suppose. I think it’s called the uncanny valley effect.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English11·3 days agoWell, I have nothing to say here, you are right, we still live in a world where the strongest survives… And that means that there is nothing good to expect from the future. The world has always been shit and always will be, because it is just a rotting, decaying and crumbling nonsense.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English11·3 days agoOh, we all know are not perfect and chaotic, well, sometimes I couldn’t hold back, I didn’t like the answer too much and judging by what you wrote, you are clearly no better than me.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English11·3 days agoThe less human effort is put into a creation, the deader it becomes. Well, your nausea is not surprising, you can draw an analogy here with a beautiful dead man in a coffin of flowers, but this does not change the fact that he is dead and the longer you look the more sick you feel.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English11·4 days agoWell, you think sensibly. But you know, a person, how to say it, is not worthy of possessing great power, he treats it too badly and only makes it worse. Look, it seems like we have such technologies, but we have become even more lonely and anxious than before. Of course, I’m not talking about everyone, but still… Yes, and I consider utopia a sweet lie, there will be no utopia, it is impossible.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English11·4 days agoYeah, man. But there’s nothing you can do, the strong do what they want, I’m talking about the bad ones, by the way. Besides, most people like it, and they don’t know what real art is, which makes you rethink yourself and your life in one evening.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English21·4 days agoWell, you know, I have a certain taste for dirty and bloody and also forbidden art and it is becoming increasingly difficult to find such. In any case, I respect the work and soul of the author and I despise AI on an instinctive level, I can say so. Besides, I know what human greed is capable of if left unchecked.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English15·4 days agoIn what sense do I not tolerate reading? Or is it the cruelty? In any case, you can speak to me sincerely, I will not be hypocritical and will listen to you as it is, or, in extreme cases, I will simply ignore you, if, of course, you respect my opinion.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English24·4 days agoWhat a joke… Okay, for you it is exactly like that, we are too different to understand each other, and I’m afraid there is no point in arguing, I’m tired of arguing already.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•And so this time I want to share more frank thoughts about art, I hope you will understand?English11·4 days agoWell, almost… I won’t mention those who died because of AI, it seems you don’t care about it, and I ask you not to bring it up. And I will say this: there are limits to human adaptation, and if he exceeds them, he will either break down, or become a soulless machine, not a human, or will live forever as a broken robot, etc.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English11·4 days agoDude, we live in a strange world where fantasies become reality, although not always, although usually with a catch. Humanity as compassion and mutual assistance to one’s own kind is a great joke in the modern world. It looks like people are being dumbed down on purpose so that they become pathetic puppies who are happy to become [Bad Word] in order to be safe.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English11·4 days agoWell, I also think that the point is that most movies and the like are sterile and boring, and also harmful to the correct and safe content for consumers and people with fragile psyche, etc. But content like “The Boys” is controversial, but it usually has a lot of realism and dirt, which you won’t find in sterile projects, I think that’s why you liked it.
If anything I liked “Terrifier” especially the third part it was such a thrill especially to look at people’s comments like: What are you talking about, this should be banned and the author should be put behind bars, he broke my psyche! Although there was a warning not for the faint of heart but who cares about warnings…
So you will find little good stuff because it is banned and the authors of such things usually have problems later, so few people take the risk and create something worthwhile with dirt and realism.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English21·4 days agoWho knows. But I get it. Either way, I just don’t like the idea of using AI for bullshit instead of useful things, making people’s lives worse and depriving even more people of creative income, forcing them to go back to the regular jobs they worked so hard to escape. That’s just fucking capitalism. It’s like a dog finally escaped to freedom trying to be a wolf and then his owner forced him back into the cage again.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English13·4 days agoWell, yes, it is good that there is a lot of worthwhile literature, thank all the gods that we are not in China and a lot is permitted.
SugarCatDestroyer@lemmy.worldOPto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Okay, this time I want to ask you, do you feel the same as me, or something similar when you enjoy what was created before AI?English31·4 days agoDude, I know very well that it is extremely difficult or even impossible to recognize, and I don’t even try now. Instead, I find nothing better than to enjoy the old and proven. And I don’t think that I’m right about everything, but you know, I think I know a sufficient minimum, at least in contrast to other consumers.
I apologize of course and I don’t know much about the army, so what do you mean?
