Nothing “knee-jerk” in it; it’s just pragmatic. The economy needs to run, and a strong economy is required to achieve any meaningful progress. The main problem is that many of “green” green lack knowledge (or pretend to lack knowledge) of the real world. They do tremendous damage to real “green” projects by advocating for “pipe dreams” instead of projects that could achieve something. Look at the anti-nuclear position of the “Green” party as an example (they should be pro-nuclear if they genuinely care about the environment). All their proposals are just hand-waving, which is unachievable and has no link to reality. And when you ask them, “What are the alternatives? Is there a real plan?” all you get are accusations or another “pipe dream”

US is 14%. BS you hardly find anything not “made in china” in supermarket. Same as in Australia.

What alternatives? Please give an example?

This one was a right move. Fuel price is in everything. Keeping it under control is right thing.

you can’t going wrong with squid. It was around forever, and still in development.
“Maybe because I run Frigate in a virtual machine in Proxmox, so the Coral has to be passed through to the VM? Not sure.” FreeBSD + linux VM under Bhyve . Never had problems.

US have failed sooooo bad.
is there any article linked to that picture?

Why? Why anyone needs online version?

They are not banning them for adults. Anyone who drives on the roads should have a driver’s license of some form, and anything too fast for pedestrian paths should be driven on the roads only. Maybe they should limit and classify e-bikes by top speed, not power. It wold be reasonable fist step.

Buying Online, and some other small hardware stores still around. If you are building anything bigger, specialized retailers will give you much better price.

One more reason to not go there again, they sells only overpriced shit now.

Masks will not safe you from been recognised. may be a wig and a big sunglasses would.

Old site was so much better new mess. Rain radar in new one is prime example how you should not build UI.

What’s wrong with it aside of the shitty look? It is still better than concreting the whole front yard.
IMHO Jellyfin is processing everything it sent to clients. So I do not think it possible to put it behind SDN( may be it possible if server side transcoding is off) Please define slow. Slow on what part? It should be like 250ms RRT to your server which is not much for web-based apps.
Yes. Always. Unless you prefer FreeBSD

It just REST API, use restic for example.
you forget lichen. These guys do not need anything but water and some substrate.
