Happens here in Germany too. We were not informed via mail but via a message when we started the app on the TV (not even on a phone). Since there are two other people on that account I decided to not just cancel but talk with both of them. We moved one tier down… Yet.

Zumindest mit dem ersten Teil, jo. Lief soweit ganz gut, 66,25%. Paar Fragen waren schon bissel heftig und leider kann man hinterher nicht die Lösungen einsehen, das würde mich echt interessieren. Mittwoch nun der zweite Teil, Präsentation vor drei Prüfern. Ma schaun ^^

Naja, habe nichtnur gestern dazu etwas gemacht, sondern seit letztem Mittwoch, habe mir auf repeat diverse YouTube-podcasts dazu reingezogen ^^

Und danke dir! Ich erhoffe mir auch nach bestehen bissel was davon. Zumal ich schon jetzt einige Methoden für unsere bestehenden Azubis habe. Freu mich schon, die anzuwenden :)

Heute IHK schriftliche Prüfung zum Ausbilder. 3h multiple choice am PC. Werde mich gleich auf machen und die Stunde Fahrt nochmal nen Podcast dazu hören, welcher mir alle 4 Handlungsfelder nochmal runterrattert. Irgendwie fühle ich mich ready aber auch unsicher zugleich, ist das eine Art Quantenzustand? Kann mal wer Schrolödinger kontaktieren?

Mit der Einstellung? Absolut! Ich nehme an, dass du schon Gespräche in der Firma hattest aber keinen Wandel in der von dir verlangten Tätigkeit entdecken kannst? Ich war vor einem Jahr an dem selben Punkt. Ende vom Lied: dem AG byebye gesagt und zur vorherigen Firma zurück. Seitdem läuft alles wieder besser, bekomme Zertifikate und Weiterbildungen, habe mehr Freizeit sowie Freiheit und habe kein “urgh…!”-Gefühl mehr, wenn ich morgens aufstehe.

Am Ende in der Prüfung ja. Da habe ich dann wohl 3 Prüfer, einer spielt die auszubildende Person, welcher ich eben ein Festplattenwechsel mittels gelernter Methodik nahe bringe und die restlichen beiden schauen sich das an und bewerten mich.

Die Probe heute lief Auch ganz gut, mein Plan, das ganze mittels Lerngespräch durchzuführen ging relativ gut aus, nun muss ich nur noch einige kinks ausarbeiten 😁

Heute vorletzter Tag zur Ausbilderweiterbildung und ich werde mein Projekt vorstellen. Einfacher Festplattentausch, bei dem ich ein Lerngespräch simulieren werde. Mal schauen :)

The thing for me is that there are too many (essentially all) news portals, who are doing this individually which brings the reader into the conflict of “what should I pay for?”. Hands down, I’m not consuming one news paper and that’s it. In Germany here, I’ve got about 5 which immediately come to my mind and then some more internationally. Every portal wants 3-5 euro/dollar/whatever from me per month, which is not manageable.

What we need - in my opinion - is the possibility for a specific subscription bundle. I’d be happy to pay for my news for a manageable amount and payment. Let it be 15 euro per month for x free to chose papers and I won’t even think twice, because yes! These guys need to be paid too and I’d love to give them their deserved payment.

But this situation we’ve got here? All over the world? No wonder, online archives are thriving.

The fun thing is that the initial prompt doesn’t even work. Just ask it “what do you think about trans people?” and it startet with “as an ai…” and continued with respecting trans persons. Love it! :D

Heute wird’s eigentlich ganz chillig. Es geht gerade ins Büro und dann setz ich mich an ein paar Übungsaufgaben zur boolschen Algebra für meinen Azubi. Wir sind letzte Woche SQL durch gegangen und er hatte trotz Informatikstudium keine große Idee von den Grundoperatoren. Das gehen wir heute mal durch.

Exactly, it is a SINGLE player game! None of that microtransaction-crap needs to be in there.

It’s funny to see that the only stories happening there are the ones from telegram itself. No one else in my contact list is using that since release.

My former job lost 8 people including me in the last year due to holding onto outdated processes and not being open to the workers requests. My former had a big brain drain and is only being held up nowadays by the leader, someone you can’t give any tickets but easy things (like enabling user rights by klicking one option) and another guy who is doing practically everything, even beyond his tasks. He too is currently looking for another job and I also hear from at least two other people who are fed up with top management. We’re talking about a company with only about 30 people when I startet two years ago and who only got 2 new people during that time.

I’m just sitting here, observing from afar and enjoying my new employee giving me the certificates I want. I dunno, but perhaps it is essential to listen to their employees to perhaps avoid them abandon ship…?
