I don’t know what these people spend their time with their kids are actually doing. I get it if both parents are working and stuff and also when they’re under 2 years old, but I think they think their kids want to be their own personal friend and they need to spend all their time with them, which is not how it’s been from like year 0 until like 2010. I had a brother and a toy room to do stuff, I wasn’t watching Barney with my parents every moment of my child life.

That’s pretty much their argument. As people get older they’re facing motivational or time issues playing difficult games, it’s not an issue of sheer reflexes. And even games that people think require reflexes are using a lot of learned/developed predictive behaviour instead.

Anyone here use resistance bands at all? I can’t afford and don’t have any room to story anything bigger than literally this laundry hamper basket I have for exercise equipment right now and their smaller size is extremely appealing compared to free weights, machines, etc.

Wouldn’t know where to start though. My brother (I think) left behind one resistance band (tube style) here but it’s pretty light-weight/resistance. I like the form factor at least.
