So long-time staffers might be doing CYA, but the org as a whole is already seriously compromised.

I’m pretty sure the CIA is already a few steps ahead of Trump on this one, unlike many of the other Federal institutions who never saw it coming.

While I applaud CIRA for stepping up here, what’s the reason/benefit of using CIRA’s tool over one of the ones that already exists? I mean, my router even has the SpeedTest one baked in.
