Very cool markings, is it a spiral?

Buffy to me looks like a “know-it-all” teenager you’ll never get through to, but they’ll figure out their own way. They’re fish owls!? Why do they look so confused wet.

I am thoroughly enjoying the Burrowing Owl campaign. I don’t understand why they perform so poorly in OoTY, it is very odd. They must be easy to find bc they’re in every nature documentary, maybe they’re too well known, like Snowy, and this comm is more enchanted by the strigiformes they have less experience with. My big idea is that BO is playing a totally different game. They play a team sport, most owls play singles or doubles tennis, BO plays mesomerican ball game or Rugby, hacky sac? They don’t even live around trees. Maybe the most expressive body language? Which is probably due to the social creatures with whom they coexist. They’re crust punk squatters and don’t even care about competition anyway.

I realized how many extra steps I was going through to mask, and that the end product, behavior, was made off wildly wrong assumptions about what people or situations expected of me. And when I realized that, I wanted that fucking time and energy back. I found my own language to describe my own thoughts and feelings and just put that out there. It’s weird and vulnerable at first but my doctor seemed to understand. Meds made space in my brain to learn and unlearn different things. Stimulants helped get through the turmoil of chores. Anti-anxiety made the urge to please quieter. It’s my life, I want to feel good in it, as authentic as possible, as comfortable and natural. I didn’t know the color of my hair, had been dying it for 30 years, that was a nice surprise. Like they said, make the best of this, you should feel good. If something is hard, figure it out so it’s easier from here on forever, think if how good it will feel when the hard thing today is easy. Reduce sugar

Yo. Buffy is peak tropes. The site “TV Tropes” was created for Buffy. Invented the term “Big Bad”, the first episodic show to have an overarching story across the season. The only femme in the “Notable Examples” list of “The Chosen One” trope article on Wikipedia. Buffy is using every literary archetype, story diamond formula, and third thing, in its story telling. If you like process and figuring how things are made, Buffy changed everything in TV, and it’s a worthy exercise to look at how and why.

Oscar winner Louise Fletcher!? Nurse Ratched herself! She is acting her ass off, a performance we barely deserve. She elevates the entire prophet arc with her venom. When she died I read a lot of fan takes on her and paid more attention to how she made this awful, irredeemable, power starved ghoul, it’s high art, one of the great Star Trek performances.

Between the jeaned people on the right, it almost could be armored horses/knights. I think OOP saw this and thought it would be a good idea for a religious event, but they probably don’t actually have school aged kids to know it’s really just prayers before games at public schools, not like bible camps or parties. Catholic schools, sure but you only go there if you’re already catholic or your kid got expelled from the public school.in my experience
