New York has backpedaled it now too. They were only going to pilot this policy in CT, NY, and NM. We’ll see if they drop it in NM next.

Yeah, Blue Cross Blue Shield isn’t the insurance company itself. It’s a brand that leases their name to other companies on a state-by-state basis. Anthem leases the most states from them.
For a second, I thought the depose one said dispose, which could have been fun.

I’m not sure this is even the shooter. In the other photo they have of him from this camera, he’s wearing a black backpack. In the video of the shooting, the shooter has a white backpack.
The cops may just be harassing a rando who was nearby.

I figured they were talking about between the second and third shot where he’s having to mess with the chamber. I also heard that whatever happened may just be normal for the setup he was using. But I’m not sure of either because I’m not a gun guy.
