:D
If you happen to find some, knock together a fluffy duck cocktail - oldschool but worth a try in my books.

Reasonably easy to find in any of the major bottle shops in Australia.
Don’t know how exy it would be in the states, with your whole egg thing happening 😅
… woosh
Bloke said he got mugged, he’s probably dealing with some PTSD after getting the shit kicked out for he’s belongings.
He’s made that point, and you continue to misconstrue what was said.
Really don’t know why I wanted to post this, as the whole thread is just a waste.
Yeah man what an arsehole giving away free things, spending time making free things for everyone to use for free.
If he wants to keep his code private until he’s ready to release it - that’s somewhat up to him. The repo is a step in the right direction, just give it some time.
Looking through the git repo the ignore is lopping off quite a number of files too (server) however I’m not sure how much of those are things like secrets, cache, other scripts and so forth.
My GPU has minimal lighting (3070 XC) one for the logo on the side, motherboard has its turned off (if it even has any?) and my ram is set to a dull white.
All fans are noctua (heatsink is a d15 black, case are mission brown)
System is somewhat recent (13900kf + z790i edge)
The minimal lighting that I have can be toggled easily.
Funnily enough my z390 board in my rack has more lighting than my desktop PC, can’t be bothered to turn it’s onboard strip off.
I feel lighting has its place, but too many SI / people overdo it.
Yeah I raw dogged ABS-GF and the quality was horrible compared to my next week’s prints with a dryer.
I’ve not had too many issues using old / straight from the bag PETG but it was night and day with ABS.
Earliest I could find (2001): https://forums.anandtech.com/threads/what-a-change-intel-does-paper-less-launch-of-desktop-tualatin.586880/
Another later find explaining the term (2004): https://arstechnica.com/uncategorized/2004/07/4039-2/
It’s not so much how old - but how long the OEM (google) keeps bringing out updates for that platform (from memory)
I mean do they got what they had anymore?
The term paper launch has been kicking around for a while now.
https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=paper+launch
Who calls it that - if it’s a spade, it’s a spade.
From memory a paper launch used to mean something that only existed on paper / a press launch; where no consumer could purchase the product. Considering stock quantities that GN has sourced for the US it’s near enough a paper launch.
Cables tend to go bad if they are being bent at the point where the connector sheath meets the cable.
My wife is great at destroying cables - charging her phone while being in bed. I feel the next cable I’ll buy her will be have a 90° connector.
Oh but it’s like anything in life, you can skirt the brim and get a taste of what’s on the outside of the bowl, or you can run down the sides and take a splash with the real meat and potatoes.
Nothing wrong with not asking the how or the why, or the who and the what however I find that attitude has led us to being between three and twenty five foot tall, made of a hairy, oily goo wrapped in a tee shirt.
Oh, I’m more having a jab at Bambu attempting to raise their walled garden via their latest firmware.
Yeah it’s the way of the world, I’m very glad my printer has a community supported Klipper firmware - and am glad to see some people working on this for the folks in the Bambu camp too.
Sounds like something Bambu would do, considering their recent drama. Really are trying to be the iPhone of the 3D printer market.
I’ve only been printing since Novemberish and hated how locked-down the Marlin firmware was on my V3 SE (compared to Klipper), I upgraded my nozzle and needed to flash the firmware for temps up-to 300c so it was use a modded Marlin or flash Klipper.
Ahh man that’s a pain, my old notebook has no sata and only 32gb of emmc (which I’m tempted to remove and add a larger chip), but it’s only being used for my 3D printer so it’s not really a pressing need yet.
Yeah I’ve not had much of a deep dive into anything “ai” - closest thing I’ve got is a Google Coral monitoring my cameras. My current GPU selection is rather limited - sold my 1080ti and currently have a 3070 in my gaming rig + an un used 1660 which would run out of vram / be limited in what models they could run. Really not looking to run out and grab another card with more vram to play with either, maybe in a few years.
So the article is referring to the mobile app, and therefore would not have anything to do with someone running this model at home on their own hardware. I’ve not looked at DeepSeek’s repo yet but assuming there isn’t anything other than the model in the repo people need to calm down.
edit: deepstack to deepseek…
Starlink isn’t our infrastructure.
Sounds decent, I’d go 30 / 30 / 20 respectively.
60 cold brew and 15 aqua would make it into an espress duck fart mart
