Freedom of speech means you can say what you want (within reason) and the government can’t stop you. It doesn’t mean that anyone has to listen.

I could not understand the economics of that so I did some research and found that a Chinese-American was working with/for the USPS to make that sweetheart deal. Not sure if it’s still a think but I think that started the floodgates of cheap Chinese goods into the US. I love this flip-flop back and forth messing with people’s plans and livelihoods. It’s almost as if trump has no idea what’s he’s doing.

I put it off for a long time but I enjoyed it co-op. It was relatively short, the antagonists weren’t that compelling or even very present in the story, but I felt like it was greater than the sum of it’s parts and I enjoyed re-visiting Far Cry 5 locations with post-apocalypse appearances. Like “Hey, here is the island where you started FC5” and “Hey, here is the gas station at the rural intersection where you had to steal the truck.”

YMMV but as a long time mod installer I find the UI of Vortex more confusing than manually modding most games. But if the UI clicks with you then yeah it would be a lot easier than manual.
