He’s heavier than that even if he’s 5’10". I am 6’1" and I was 225 pretty recently while a housemate was also 225 at 5’10". You could hardly tell I was overweight. That is not true for 5’10, but still not nearly that chunky. I am in the “healthy weight range” now and people cant even tell I lost over 40 lbs.

My go-to is usually: cubed, marinate briefly in sesame oil and soy sauce (or brine for neutral flavor), then laid out on a pan and baked for 15 or so in the convection oven, which makes it crispy. I use these in various dishes, but theyre also great as-is.
