There’s some very bizarre phrasing here.
“It’s hard to find a girlfriend while being x” implies some kind of entitlement, as though women should be shared out equally by some women dispensing system.
He’s really just saying “women do not find x appealing”.

Not really, the case was finalised last year. This is the predictable appeal, which can almost be seen as a final step where you don’t review the evidence necessarily, but rather review the process followed in the case to ensure everything was fair.

If that’s FOMO then pretty much every decision could be considered FOMO. I decided to put my shoes on this morning because I was worried everyone else wearing shoes would enjoy the advantages there-of and I would miss out.
