This worked for me and was the only way to get my Epix Pro Gen2 to boot normally again. Hope Garmin releases a fix soon as this is only a workaround afaik.

Edit: I think this was related to uploading activities and not gps. Garmin sent me an email saying they fixed an issue on their end and how to reset the watch. Everything is working fine now again.

I quit playing 4.0 and am going to wait until CIG returns and fixes stuff. Patch was alright in the beginning, with finally very nice FPS and server FPS. As more people came in it became a hot mess though. Unable to complete missions, hangar door hell, black screens, freight elevator errors, unable to QT anywhere, etc, etc. Game looks gorgeous and server meshing looks promising. I hope they can get it in a playable state next month.
