Sometimes you really do know some on here are too online, western(ized) and propagandized. It becomes immediately obvious through their mannerisms and speech patterns. Especially when it comes to anti-imperialist actors internationally.

Reached the funny Islamic side, where people accuse eachother of being sufi, madhkalis, pseudo-salafis, kufr, munafiqeen, wahhabis, claims to be the Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jamaa’ah and all other crazy stuff like the hustle culture bros or the Ottoman Empire apologists.
I am tired. What a waste of time. Really need to touch some grass.
I am trying to find a different piece of work of Lenin that talks about the role the masses in not commenting the national affairs of countries that their nation-state is in imperialist war with but I can’t find it.
Regardless any Global South radical knows this, whether through explicit radical theory or through culture, of not interfering in other people’s affairs especially when you lack the knowledge or ability to affect it.
But in the meanwhile I found this which I find perfect for this context in Opportunism, and the Collapse of the Second International:

I am 100% convinced that for the majority of the Hexbear user base, that if they started living in a Global South country they’d turn to a NATO-supporting liberal so fast. Simple class interests.

I got random West African News, next to gay Pakistani thirst traps, to South Indian memes, to random theory posting from commie accounts, to your usual in trend and inevitable USA and Western memes, to Caribbean cooking, to Chinese language learning.
That doesn’t even cover half of it and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
This is bad. I am not going to venerate Duterte like a liberal does with any world leader but it’s telling that Duterte out of many, many leaders out in this forsaken Earth they chose him, when he had the most China-friendly (ie. Independent) foreign and internal policies unlike the US sycophant running the Philippines now.

Do people think their armchair analysis of events in West Asia have any relevance to their praxis in the West - did I somehow miss the underground missile silos procured by the DSA?
Doesn’t matter if you want to get “both sides of the story” or a “materialist” analysis of daily mechanisms of the war, in the end Iran/Russia are objectively anti-imperialist. That’s the only position you’d need to argue. The rest will be handled by the relevant peoples that are actually directly affected by the war.
I am sometimes very thankful that my part of the world barely gets mentioned by Westerners. I would have to stop paying my internet bills if that was the case.
