Haha I almost 100% agree. Alas I do have a stove and microwave clock that requires resetting but it’s kind of hilariously obvious that I need to update them each time. I come into the kitchen and think “oh yeah…” :D

Gypsy Woman (She’s Homeless) - Crystal Waters This song is so dumb and so amazing at the same time, I love it. Great dance song. Homeless - Mr. belt & Wezol is a solid remix too
Me irl too! Voyager replacement is the real deal, and I only search reddit for historical information (although less often than I used to)
…and reading further in the comments says sort by new, but I’m already doing that lol
Ok really dumb question (this was an issue for me with Reddit during the before time as well): I seem to only notice threads that have existed for a while, so I normally see something similar to what I would have said already posted as a comment. Should I be using Lemmy differently, to see younger threads?
I’m usually tolerant of frame drops, especially when they make hard games easier (like on the N64), but I agree it has gotten much worse on recent consoles. Looking at you, Control on PS4 (seems like it should just have been a PS5 game with all the frame drops; even just unpausing freezes the game for multiple seconds).
Girlfriend’s family is visiting, but we have at least one fun thing to do together (see a comedy show) 🤞🏽
Does it take a while to get into? I’ve wanted to watch it for a long time but I’m not sure when to give it full focus.
Feels like dumbo?
Beaker and tink!
Super underrated: pokemon puzzle league
I really got into it this year (early 30’s) and I am straight kicking my younger self, when I knew someone with 5 pet birds and I didn’t care!

Here’s to the greatest crew in starfleet!
Haha, I wish I were this way, I feel weird not washing clothes one more time before throwing them off, as almost a goodbye ritual
I was (probably at some point willfully) unaware of this most of my childhood, and it was more fun to think about than the real thing. I miss the days when I could make up my own answers to references. :p
Puerto Rican here - this is unavoidable when flying to or from the island (although it’s not as loud as it used to be). It’s charming after the 100th time, even.
I live in San Francisco and ran into him at brunch a few weeks ago - he was super friendly when I came up to talk to him and super patient and sweet. I was super nervous that meeting him would ruin my image of him but it is still intact :)
The Manhole was eye-opening as a kid, I’m excited to see if it’s as weird as I remember!
Agree! It’s refreshing
