That is a gray cat
It was hissing at me at first, I gave it some food, and then it allowed me to pet it. I doubt that is a feral cat. Not sure, looks like a stray cat.
You should take it home, take it to a vet and check for a chip, etc, and if it really is a stray enjoy your new master.
