        Soulslikes are just beat em ups with lots of QTEs and deliberately poor accessibility options

          I would totally make a soulslike with full accessibility options including slowdowns and prompts and auto parries; and I’d still give you the achievements to upset the silly internet people

      No. Sekiro is wildly different from beatemups. The only shared element is that there are enemies that you attack, basically, and if that’s enough to call Sekiro a ‘beatemup’, then, for example, every shooter is a beatemup, as well.

          I haven’t done a lot of parrying beat em ups, Souls like yeah. Just from watching people play it just seems easy. You seem to mow through enemies.
